CYBHI Round 3 Early Childhood Wraparound Services Request for
Application (RFA): On August 7, 2023, DHCS
released a
RFA seeking proposals from various individuals,
organizations, and agencies (including but not limited to
counties, county behavioral health and public health departments)
for the third round of grant funding, totaling $60 million,
to scale evidence-based practices and community-defined evidence
practices (EBP/CDEP) for early childhood wraparound services.
Applications are due by October 6, 2023, at
5:00p.m. For

Youth-Driven Programs Round 4 RFA: On July 31, 2023, the
Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission
(MHSOAC), in partnership with DHCS, released a
RFA seeking proposals for the fourth round of grant
funding, totaling $50 million, to scale youth-driven EBPs and
CDEPs. Eligible grantees include but are not limited to counties,
county behavioral health agencies, public health departments, and
statewide and local agencies. Applications must be submitted
electronically by September 15, 2023, at 3:00
p.m. via e-mail to procurements@mhsoac.ca.gov. Please
