The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will host a public webinar entitled “Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports Provider Peer Support and Contracting Self-Assessment,” on Friday, October 27, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

This webinar is the first in a series of biannual PATH CPI webinars designed to highlight best practices for implementing ECM and Community Supports and improve collaboration with managed care plans (MCPs), state and local government agencies, and others to build and deliver quality services to Medi-Cal members.

This webinar is open to the public and will cover the following topics: engaging in peer-to-peer support, conducting an organizational self-assessment to determine organizational readiness and capacity gaps for CalAIM participation.

Advance registration for the webinar is required. All webinar recordings and best practices resources will be made available on the DHCS PATH Collaborative Planning and Implementation webpage.
