The State has announced its first round of commitments for $200
million in drought funding to support small community water
systems.
Ten small systems in the counties of Kern, Tulare, Lake, Shasta
and Siskiyou received $25 million for immediate relief from the
$200 million in drought funding available to support small water
systems. In addition to the
webinars, the Department of Water Resources has issued
Guidelines for the Small Community Drought Relief Program.
