Revenue Distribution Training, Recorded PowerPoint Available Online

The Judicial Council and the State Controller’s Office recently announced the availability of their annual Revenue Distribution WebEx training session, offered to address impacts of newly enacted legislation to trial court revenue distributions and provide updates on other related areas of interest. Registration is not required.

The training session is recorded in PowerPoint for viewing at your convenience. The presentations are posted by topic of interest, on the Revenue Distribution Guidelines site, simply scroll down to the 2022 tab after clicking here.

The training session includes:

Judicial Council:

  • Office of Government Affairs: Court-related Legislation Updates
  • Criminal Justice Services: 2022 Uniform Bail and Penalty Schedules and Ability To Pay Update
  • Funds & Revenues: Collections Updates and Information.

Franchise Tax Board:

  • Court-Ordered Debt Collections Program
  • Interagency Intercept Collections Program

State Controller’s Office:

  • Trial Court Revenue Distribution Guidelines and Audits
