The Judicial Council (JC) and State Controller’s Office (SCO)
have set the dates for the upcoming 2023 Spring Trial Court
Revenue Distribution Trainings – May 16, 17, 18 and 23. CSAC is
sharing these dates so that you can flag your calendar early.
This is the eleventh consecutive year the JC and SCO will partner
to address impacts of newly enacted legislation to trial court
revenue distributions and provide updates on other related areas
of interest. This training was established by the Judicial
Council’s Court-Ordered Debt Task Force in 2013 for court,
county, city, and parking entities that perform revenue
collection and distribution activities.
Based on prior feedback provided, the training will be offered
over four days as outlined below. This format allows for
participation in the Plenary and all breakout sessions.
Tuesday, May 16, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.:

Wednesday, May 17, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Breakout Session A— Processing Court-Ordered Debt
Repealed/Changed by Statute
Thursday, May 18, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Breakout Session B— Mini-Trainings: Various Collections and
Distribution Related Topics
Tuesday, May 23, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.:
Breakout Session C— Revenue Distributions: Basic and Special
CSAC will send out specific details regarding the training
curriculum and registration instructions as the training dates
