All counties are encouraged to register now for an important CalAIM webinar on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. to learn about the intersection between Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) and the CalAIM Incentive Payment Program (IPP) funding opportunities.

To support the transition to CalAIM, this webinar will discuss the various, distinct funding opportunities available to the Department of Health Care Services “on the ground” partners, including Medi-Cal managed care plans, providers, counties, former Whole Person Care lead entities, community-based organizations, tribes, and others.

PATH and the CalAIM IPP are two major funding opportunities intended to support implementation and expansion of Enhanced Case Management and Community Supports services. This webinar will also review key similarities and differences between the two funding opportunities and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to ask questions about the programs.

Advance registration is required. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the webinar to: CalAIMECMILOS@dhcs.ca.gov. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions live during the webinar.
