CDCR announced today that effective on or after August
1st it will relocate Sacramento Metro Parole Units 1,
3 and 4. Units 1 and 4 currently located at 1103 North B Street,
Suite E to 8000 Elder Creek Road and 1608 T Street. For more

Tuolumne County Sheriff James Mele Re-Appointed to
State 9-1-1 Advisory Board
Governor Brown announced the re-appointment of James Mele to the
State 9-1-1 Advisory Board, where he has served since 2013. Mr.
Mele has served as the Sheriff of Tuolumne County since 2006. He
has held several positions within the sheriff’s office including
narcotics commander, sergeant and detective since 1988. He is
also a member of the California State Sheriffs’ Association.
