On July 13, 2016, county leaders from human services and
behavioral health agencies will have the opportunity to meet in
Sacramento to participate in a statewide conversation to inform
and help prepare counties for implementing Continuum of Care
Reform (CCR), or AB 403 group home reform.
The event will cover topics including the elements of CCR that
counties will need to implement in 2017, the identification of
cross-agency challenges to effective implementation, and
successful strategies for ensuring cross-agency partnerships to
support CCR. The material presented is aimed toward Human
Services Agency Directors, Mental Health Directors, Child Welfare
Directors, and Mental Health Children’s Coordinators.
