The National Association of Counties (NACo) is hosting a two-day
peer exchange on health equity in Jefferson County/Louisville,
Kentucky. The event will bring together county leaders from
across the country to learn about Jefferson County’s efforts to
address the root causes of health disparities.
Participants will learn how to effectively collaborate with
non-traditional partners and will engage in discussions about how
to create more healthy and equitable communities in their
counties. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and
will be capped at 15 participants.
