SAMHSA Grants Available

A wide range of grants from the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration are now available. The Healthy Transitions: Improving Life Trajectories for Youth and Young Adults with Serious Mental Disorders grant program will provide up to $16.8 million over the next five years to help improve access to treatment and support services for youth and young adults who have a serious emotional disturbance or a serious mental illness.

The Drug-Free Communities Support Program aims to establish and strengthen collaboration among communities, nonprofit agencies, and federal, state, local, and tribal governments to support the efforts of community coalitions working to prevent and reduce substance abuse among youth.
